Culinary RD’s Kristy Del Coro, MS, RDN, LDN and Jackie Topol, MS, RD, CDN will review the latest research on the prevalence and prevention of food allergies in children followed by an inside look into two innovative companies that are leading the way when it comes to making allergy-friendly food products more accessible.  Voyage Foods VP of R&D Kelsey Tenney and Partake Foods Founder and CEO Denise Woodard will be sharing how they integrate cutting-edge technology and ingredients into their recipe & development process to create delicious food and snack products completely free of all 9 allergens that both kids and grown-ups can enjoy. 


Kristy and Jackie will also be demonstrating two recipes featuring brand new items from Voyage and Partake (some haven’t even hit the shelves yet!). In addition to learning about these new products, dietitians can also expect to understand how to leverage their expertise to demystify some of the questions around allergen free manufactured foods.
