About the event
As more people are embracing an Intuitive Eating approach to health and food, practitioners are faced with how to translate this into food-based recommendations, particularly in recipes and cooking demonstrations. Tori will break down how she does this in her workshop series "Reclaim the Kitchen" where she teaches the essentials for cooking skills and kitchen confidence in alignment with an Intuitive Eating philosophy. Our session will cover the basics of an Intuitive Eating approach, important dos and don'ts, how to weave these principles into food and cooking, FAQs and time for Q&A. This event will be recorded and all registrants will have access to the recording - so don't worry if you can't attend live! This event is worth 1.5 CEUs.
