Join Kristy and Jackie to learn key knife skills to take your cooking to the next level. Master one of the most important tools in your kitchen and learn the fundamentals of holding and sharpening your knife properly as well as various cutting techniques for different vegetables, fruits, and herbs. They'll then demo how to make an Israeli Chopped Salad with a Sumac-Tahini Dressing and an Avocado Toast with Radish Matchsticks. As always, our events will be recorded and all registrants will have access to the recording after the event - so don't worry if you can't attend live!
