Join CNC Co-founders Kristy and Jackie to learn how to make sauces, dressings, and marinades both nutritious and packed with flavor for everyday dishes. Keeping these sauces on hand are a sure fire way to take any dish from good to great - whether making a salad, grain bowl, sandwich, simply cooked protein or anything in between. In this class you'll learn how make Roasted Red Pepper Almond Romesco, Chimichurri, Caramelized Shallot Vinaigrette, Thai Peanut Sauce, and Carrot Miso Ginger Dressing. As always, our events will be recorded and all registrants will have access to the recording after the event - so don't worry if you can't attend live!
